| Abstract: | Teoretická část obsahuje kapitolu o tvorbě hlasu, kde píši o vzniku řeči a hlasu, z čeho se hlas skládá a co je to hrtanový tón. V další kapitole píši o komunikaci s pacientem a o jejich druzích. Dále o efektivní a kontraproduktivní komunikaci a o komunikačních bariérách. Ve třetí kapitole se zabývám pojmem tracheostomie, jaké jsou indikace a kontraindikace k zavedení. Které metody zavádění se provádějí a jaké jsou druhy kanyl. Zmiňuji se také o komplikacích, které mohou během nebo po zavádění nastat. Čtvrtá kapitola teoretické části je o psychologických problémech u pacientů s tracheostomií. Dále o svépomocných skupinách a o kvalitě života tracheostomovaných. V poslední kapitole se věnuji náhradním komunikačním systémům u těchto pacientů. Vysvětluji zde pojem alternativní a augmentativní komunikace a uvádím jejich druhy. V poslední řadě se věnuji náhradním hlasovým mechanismům u pacientů s tracheostomií. Praktická část byla realizována pomocí rozhovorů s respondenty, kteří měli zavedenou tracheostomickou kanylu. Šetření bylo tedy kvalitativní. Rozhovor obsahoval celkem dvacet otázek, na které odpovědělo patnáct pacientů. Výsledky šetření jsou interpretovány odděleně z každého rozhovoru. |
| Abstract in different language: | Theoretical part includes a chapter about creation of voice, where I wrote about the origin of speech and voice, what the voice and laryngeal tone are. In the next chapter I focused on communication with patients and the types of communication. Furthermore, I wrote about and effective and counterproductive communication and communication barriers. In the third chapter I described what tracheostomy is, what are the indications and contraindications for the insertion. Which methods of insertion are carried out and what are the types of tracheostomy tubes. I also mentioned the complacations that may occur during or after the insertion. The fourth chapter of the theoretical part is about psychological problems that patients with tracheostomy have. Also I wrote about the self - help groups and the patients life quality. The last chapter is devoted to alternative communication systems with these patients. I explained here the notion of alternative and augmentative communication and mentioned their species. Finally, I devoted voice replacement mechanisms in patient with tracheostomy. The practical part was carried out though interviews with respondents who had tracheostomy tube. Investigation was therefore qualitative. The interview contained o total of twenty questions they have answered fifteen patients. The results are interpreted separately from each interview. |
