| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na práci sestry poskytující paliativní péči. V teoretické části se zabýváme vymezením pojmu paliativní péče a její historii u nás i v Evropě. Dále je práce zaměřená na nejčastější symptomy, které se vyskytují při péči o umírajícího pacienta. Cílem průzkumného šetření bylo zjistit, jak sestry poskytující paliativní péči vnímají psychickou náročnost své práce, jak dokážou charakterizovat pozitiva a negativa své práce, zda zvládají komunikaci s umírajícím a jeho rodinou a zdali pečují o pozůstalé a jakou formou tato péče probíhá. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis focuse on work nurse providing palliative care. The theoretical part deals with the definicion of the koncept of palliative care and its history in our country and Europe. Next, the thesis is focused on the most common symptoms that occur in the care of the dying pacient. The aim of the explorátory survey was determine how nurses providing palliative care perceive psyhcical demands of their work, how they can characterize the positive and negative aspekt of thein work, if they manage communication with the dying and thein families and if they care for surviors and chat form this care takes place. |
