| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na posouzení současných motivačních nástrojů v podniku emz Hanauer s.r.o. a na návrh motivačního programu, který by pomohl k naplnění podnikových cílů. V první části jsou zhodnoceny teoretické poznatky o problematice pracovní motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Ve druhé části je přiblížena společnost emz a obor jejího podnikání. Dále je už pozornost zaměřena pouze na výrobní podnik emz Hanauer s.r.o. v Černošíně a je zde popsána současná situace v jeho okolním prostředí. Ve třetí části práce jsou nejprve zjištěny veškeré formy motivace zaměstnanců a motivační nástroje používané podnikem. Následně je proveden výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření a zhodnocena současná situace v oblasti motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Ve čtvrté části jsou navrženy zlepšující opatření a sestaven motivační program v souladu s podnikovými cíly. Práce bude poskytnuta vedení podniku a bude zvážen přínos návrhů. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis i focused on the assessment of current motivational tools in the enterprise emz Hanauer s.r.o. and proposal incentive program, which could help to fulfil business goals. In the first part are assessed theoretical knowledge about the motivation and employee satisfaction. In the second part is described a company emz and branch of its business. Further is focused only on the production enterprise emz Hanauer s.r.o. in Černošín and is described here the current situation in its environment. In the third part of the thesis are at first identified all forms of employee motivation and motivational tools used by enterprise. Then is executed a research by questionnaire survey and is evaluated the current situation in motivation of employees and satisfaction. In the fourth part improvement measures are designed and is built incentive program in agreement with business goals. The thesis will be provided to management of enterprise and they will consider the benefits of proposals. |
