| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu řízení nákladů ve společnosti Wuppermann Kovotechnika s.r.o. Tento podnik se zabývá výrobou kovových trubek, profilů, pásů a dalších příslušenstvích z plechu. Práce je členěna do kapitol, ve kterých se prolíná část teoretická a praktická. Jsou zde uvedeny a analyzovány náklady společnosti mezi lety 2009 2013. Součástí práce jsou také kalkulace, rozpočty a plány podniku. Na základě zpracované analýzy nákladů jsou identifikovány ovlivnitelné náklady a navržena opatření pro jejich optimalizaci. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is aimed at analysis of costs of management in Wuppermann Kovotechnika s.r.o. This company produces metal tubes, profiles, flat products and other metal components. The thesis is divided into the chapters in which there is theoretical as well as practical part. There are stated and analysed costs of the company between the years 2009 and 2013. The presented thesis includes also calculation, budgets and plans of the company. On the basis of compiled analysis of costs there are identified tractable costs and suggested arrangements for their optimization. |
