| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na řízení rizik projektu. První část se orientuje na teorii ohledně řízení rizik projektu, jdou zde definovány základní pojmy týkající se projektového managementu a vybrané problematiky. Druhá část je zaměřena na praxi, kde předem vysvětlená teorie, je použita na konkrétním případě. Hlavním výstupem práce je identifikace rizik, jejich následné vyhodnocení a také volba vhodné strategie. Součástí této práce je registr rizik projektu, kde jsou všechna identifikovaná rizika popsána, vyhodnocena a je zde naznačena reakce na rizika. Výsledky této práce budou sloužit pro zlepšení řízení rizik projektu v konkrétním podniku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main topic of this thesis is control of project's risk. The first part is describing the control of project's risk's theory and defining basic concepts concerning project management and other issues. In the next part is focusing on practice, where is previously explained theory used in specific case. Main task of thisthe thesis was to identify the risks, followed by their evaluation as well as choosing an appropriate strategy. One part of this thesis is also comprehending the risk's registry, where are all risks identified, described and evaluated and where is indicated responses to the risks. The results of this thesis should be improvements of control of project's risk in specific places and companies. |
