| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení energetické náročnosti tavicích pecí a udržovacích kelímků. První část bakalářské práce je vymezena popisu podniku od jeho historie až po hospodaření v jednotlivých letech, hlavním výrobním procesům a podrobnému popisu tavení a lití. Druhá část práce je rozdělena do několika oblastí. Zde je uvedeno hospodaření podnikových středisek tavírny a slévárny, rozbor cen energií vyjednaných přímo pro daný podnik, rozbor spotřeby elektrické energie a zemního plynu obou středisek v závislosti na produkci. Podrobné rozbory zaměřující se na porovnání energetické náročnosti staré tavicí pece a pece nové, spotřeby elektrické energie v udržovacích pecích v období dvou víkendů s izolačním materiálem a bez izolačního materiálu, a následně rozbor spotřeby elektrické energie v klasické udržovací peci a v nové udržovací peci LAC. U jednotlivých rozborů je zároveň i jejich vyhodnocení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The present thesis aims at the assessment of energy intensity of smelters and crucibles. The first part of the bachelor thesis deals with the description of the company, ranging from its history to the company economic activities in the individual years. This part also deals with the main manufacturing processes and the detailed description of smelting and casting. The second part is divided into several fields. It contains economic activities of the company centres of smelter and foundry, an analysis of prices of energy, which are negotiated directly for the given company, an analysis of the consumption of electric energy and natural gas of both the centres depending on production. Also included are detailed analyses focusing on the comparison of energy intensity of the old smelter and the new one, the consumption of electric energy in the holding furnaces in the period of two weekends, either with insulating material or without insulation material. An analysis of the consumption of electric energy in the classic holding furnace and the new holding furnace of the LAC Company is also included. Each analysis is accompanied by the assessment of the findings. |
