| Abstract: | Léčebná hypotermie je v současné době považována za jedinou efektivní metodu, která prokazatelně zlepšuje neurologický stav pacienta po srdeční zástavě a tvoří nedílnou součást poresuscitační péče. Cílem práce je shromáždit dostupné informace o poskytování poresuscitační péče a léčebné hypotermie. Praktická část zjišťuje, zda zdravotnické záchranné služby a nemocniční zdravotnická zařízení používají metodu léčebné hypotermie u pacientů po resuscitaci. Na závěr jsou přiloženy dvě kazuistiky a obrazová příloha. |
| Abstract in different language: | Medical hypothermia is in the present considered as the only effective method which provably improves neurological state of a patient after heart attack and it is the inseparable part of the afterresuscitation care. The aim of this work is to gather accessible information about providing of afterresuscitation care and medical hypothermia. The research finds out whether emergency services and the hospitals use the method of medical hypothermia for the patiens after resuscitation. Two casuistics and pictorial suplement are enclosed at the end of this work. |
