| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na projektový management, konkrétně na projekt a jeho plán v konkrétní společnosti. Práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy projektového managementu jako projekt a z něho odvozené další pojmy, dále popisuje logický rámec, projektové plány a řízení rizik. V praktické části je popsán projekt Muzea zemědělské techniky, poté je provedena analýza trhu, navržena marketingová strategie a stanoven rozpočet projektu. Projekt je popsán pomocí projektových plánů, poté je provedena analýza rizik a na závěr jsou popsány přínosy projektu. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis is aimed on the project management, more precisely on the project and its plan in a specific company. Thesis has a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes basic facts of the project management as a project with its related ideas. Further, there is a description of a logical frame, project plans and risk management. On the other hand, there is a description of a museum project, agricultural machinery in the practical part. There is also a market analysis, there have been designed a market strategy and a project budget. The project is specified by project plans, there is the risk analysis after that and there is a project benefits and the end. |
