dc.description.abstractTeoretická část práce charakterizuje obecně sport, fotbalové, rodinné a školní prostředí. Dále je diskutováno o psychologii a její úloze ve fotbale a také o současném životním stylu dětí a mládeže s odklonem od pohybových aktivit. V praktické části práce jsou vyhodnoceny a následně diskutovány výsledky, na jejichž základě jsou popsány charakteristiky vývoje sportovní kariéry hráčů výkonnostního fotbalu v kontextu rodinného a fotbalového prostředí především v plzeňském regionu. V závěru dokumentu jsou vymezeny společné faktory, které mohou ovlivnit vývoj hráčské kariéry a také pojmenovaná rizika, která mohou nejčastěji ohrozit sportovní vývoj hráčů výkonnostního fotbalu.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theoretical part characterizes the sport in general, football and family environment. Furthermore there is the discussion of the psychology and its role in football and also of current lifestyle of children with the diversion from physical activities. In the practical part are evaluated and subsequently discussed the results on the basis of which characteristics of development of sports career of performance football players in the context of family and football environment, especially in the region of Pilsen, are described. The last part of the thesis defines common factors which can affect the development of performance football players and also names risks which most often threaten sports development of performance football players.en
