| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hodnocení kvality života u pacientů po kardiopulmonální resuscitaci, kteří prodělali náhlou zástavu oběhu v mimonemocničním prostředí. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části práce popisujeme příčiny a patofyziologii náhlé zástavy oběhu, indikace a kontraindikace zahájení neodkladné resuscitace. Dále se věnujeme základní a rozšířené neodkladné resuscitaci dospělých a dětí. V další části se věnujeme specifikám poresuscitační péče, kde popisujeme syndrom po srdeční zástavě a vybrané terapeutické postupy v intenzivní péči. V závěrečné kapitole teoretické části se věnujeme vymezení kvality života a metodám jejího měření. V praktické části jsme u pacientů po kardiopulmonální resuscitaci pomocí kazuistik zjišťovali specifika přednemocniční a nemocniční neodkladné péče. Pomocí rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření jsme zkoumali kvalitu života u těchto pacientů v kontextu jejich fyzických, psychických a sociálních potřeb. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the issue of quality of life in patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation who experienced cardiac arrest in or out of hospital environment. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part discusses the causes and pathophysiology of cardiac arrest, indications and contraindications for initiation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. We also describe basic and advanced life support for adults and children. The next section is devoted to the specifics of post-resuscitation care, where we describe the post-cardiac arrest syndrome and selected therapeutic procedures in critical care. In the final chapter of the theoretical part we define the quality of life and methods of measurement. In the practical part we are using case studies investigating the specifics of prehospital and hospital emergency care of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Using interviews and questionnaires survey, we examined the quality of life for these patients in the context of their physical, psychological and social needs. |
