| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce na téma magnetická rezonance angiografie dolních končetin je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie cév dolních končetin a jejich nejčastější, nejzávažnější onemocnění. Dále jsou vysvětleny základní principy fungování magnetické rezonance a pojem angiografie. Jsou popsány technické parametry přístroje magnetické rezonance, průběh angiografické vyšetření, příprava pacienta a použití kontrastních látek. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na kazuistiky několika náhodně vybraných pacientů, kteří podstoupili angiografické vyšetření na magnetické rezonanci. Informace jsou získány z Fakultní nemocnice Lochotín. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis with the theme magnetic resonance angiography of the lower extremities is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is described the anatomy of blood vessels of the lower extremities, their most common and serious diseases. Additionally, the basic principles of magnetic resonance imaging and the angiography term are explained. Technical parameters of magnetic resonance, screening process, how to prepare a patient and use of contrast agents are described. The practical part is focused on case reports of several randomly selected patients who underwent the magnetic resonance angiography screening. The information was obtained from the Facultative Hospital in Lochotín. |
