| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice termických poranění u pacientů v dětském věku v nemocniční neodkladné péči. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy, postupy a přístupy k dané problematice popsané v domácí a světové literatuře. Praktická část pak popisuje a analyzuje konkrétní kazuistiky a získané poznatky a zjištění porovnává s teoretickými východisky. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je jednak srovnání uvedených kazuistik mezi sebou a vyvození závěrů a dále zjištění, nakolik praxe v nemocniční neodkladné péči o dětské pacienty s termickými poraněními reflektuje a využívá v literatuře popsané postupy. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor degree assignment focuses on children´s thermal injuries in emergency care. Theoretical part gives a definition of basic terms, methods and approaches of the theme, which are described in internal and foreign literature. There are analysis and descriptions of particular examples. These achieved findings are compared with theoretical knowledges in the practical part of the bachelor dissertation. The outcome of this bachelor thesis is comparation of mentioned cases interpretations with theoretical part. The second intention of this thesis was to examine similarity between theoretical requirement and it´s practical utilization in emergency care focused on pediatric patients with burns. |
