| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení některé z částí nákupu pomocí exaktní metody ve vybrané společnosti. Tato společnost se zabývá výrobou a prodejem brusných materiálů. První část práce obsahuje popis společnosti od jejího založení do současnosti společně s výčtem jejího prodejního a výrobního sortimentu. Druhá kapitola se zabývá výsledky hospodaření společnosti za poslední roky. Dále práce obsahuje charakteristiku nákupu. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje dodavatelům po teoretické stránce a následně kapitola obsahuje i praktické hodnocení dodavatelů s možnými návrhy na zlepšení. Pátá kapitola této práce je věnována zásobám a metodě Just-In-Time. Poslední kapitola se zabývá výrobou a jejími aspekty. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate some parts of purchase using exact method in a chosen company. The company is focused on the production and selling of abrasive materials. The first part of the thesis contains the description of the company from its establishment to the present as well as the list of its production and selling assortment. The second chapter contains the economic results of the company in recent years. After that, the thesis deals with the characterization of purchase. The fourth chapter is devoted to the theoretical aspect of suppliers and then it contains practical evaluation of suppliers with possible suggestions for improvement. The fifth chapter of this thesis concerned with the theme of supplies and the method of Just-In-Time. The last chapter deals with production and its aspects. |
