| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce na téma Obchodní plán podniku s využitím zahraničního obchodu je zaměřena na tvorbu obchodního plánu společnosti Wikov Gear s.r.o. a obsahuje dvě části. První část obsahuje teorii o procesu plánování, charakteristiku obchodního plánu jeho strukturu a obsah a popis zahraničního obchodu. Druhá praktická část obsahuje sestavení konkrétního obchodního plánu, je zde charakterizována společnost a popsána jejich převodovka Side Drive. Také obsahuje analýzu okolí a trhu, finanční plán, definici projektu pomocí logické rámcové matice a síťový graf. Poslední kapitola se zabývá analýzou rizik, které ohrožují realizaci projektu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis on the topic of business plan of the company using foreign trade is focused on creating a business plan Wikov Gear Ltd. and contains two parts. The first part consists of theory about the planning process, business plan, its structure and content, and the description of foreign trade. The second practical part contains the compilation of specific business plan, which is characteristic of the company and the description of their gear Side Drive. It also contains analysis of the market environment and financial plan, project definition using the logical framework matrix and network graph. The last chapter analyzes the risks that threaten of the project. |
