| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřením na gymnastická cvičení dětí předškolního věku 3-6 let, poukazuje na odlišnosti a specifika těchto cvičení. Zaměřila jsem se na jednoduché gymnastické prvky, které mohou být realizovány v prostorách mateřské školy i školní zahradě. Cílem především bylo vytvoření metodického materiálu pro učitelky, aby se nebály zařazovat tyto cviky do běžného režimu dne. V práci je zohledněna věková kategorie předškolního věku po stránce psychické, fyzické a tělesné. Realizace a praktické ukázky proběhly v prostorách mateřské školy Masarykova, Ostrov, kde pracuji. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis focusing on gymnastics exercise of preschool children aged 3-6 years, highlights the dissimilarities and specificities of these exercises. I focused on simple gymnastic elements which can be performed in the kindergarten's area as well as in the school's garden. Primarly, the aim was to create a handbook for teachers to not be afraid to put these exercises into the usual part of the day. There is taken into account the mental,physical and bodily aspects of the mentioned age category in the thesis. Implementation and practical demonstrations took place in the premises of the kindergarten Masarykova in Ostrov, where I've been working. |
