| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na představení a návrh integrovaného reportingu ve společnosti. První částí této práce je teoretická a zabývá se charakteristikou integrovaného reportingu a zařazení do činnosti společnosti. Pojednává o potřebě vytvořit integrovaný report pomocí nástrojů a jednotlivých vybraných funkcí. Následující částí je část praktická, kde si na začátku představíme požadavek, podle kterého budeme vytvářet integrovaný report. Jsou popsány jednotlivé reporty, ze kterých bude výsledný report čerpat data. Představení výsledného integrovaného reportu ve společnosti obsahuje znázornění reportu v systému Microsoft Excel pomocí použitých funkcí a maker k dosažení požadovaného výsledku. Doporučením pro vytvoření reportu takového rozsahu spočívá ve správném propojení a v návaznosti dat. Vstupní data a jejich propojení jsou základním stavebním kamenem pro sestavení integrovaného reportu. Závěr diplomové práce je zaměřen na možná rizika, které můžou ovlivnit správnost a funkčnost reportu a návrhy na řešení nebo omezení rizik. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis focuses on the presentation and design of Integrated Reporting in companies. The first part of this thesis is about the theoretical background and deals with the characteristic of Integrated Reporting and inclusion in the company's activities. It discusses why companies need to create an integrated report by using tools and individual selected features. The second part, the practical section of this thesis, shows how an Integrated Reporting can be used within a company. Therefore, the requirements to create an integrated report are introduced and the possible individual reports from which the resulting report will draw data are described. Finally, the the resulting Integrated Reporting in the company gets introduced and includes a representation of the Reporting in Microsoft Excel, explaining the functions and macros that are used to achieve the desired result. The recommendation for creating and using an integrated report lies in the correct interconnection and continuity of data - input data and their interconnections are the cornerstones of an informative integrated report. Therefore, the conclusion of this thesis focuses on the possible risks that can affect the accuracy and functionality of the Integrated Reporting and shows proposals and solutions in order to limitate the risks. | en |
