| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyšetřením koronárních tepen pomocí výpočetní tomografie. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje anatomii srdce, funkci koronárních tepen, vývoj a historii CT, popis principu CT a indikace k vyšetření koronárních tepen. Praktickou část práce tvoří kvalitativní výzkum, v němž je porovnáno vyšetření koronárních tepen pomocí CT a invazivní koronarografie. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis focuses on the examination of coronary arteries using computed tomography. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part describes the heart anatomy, the function of the coronary arteries, the development and history of the CT, the description of the CT principle and the indication for examination of coronary arteries. The practical part of the thesis is a qualitative research, in which coronary artery examination by CT is compared with invasive coronarography. |
