| Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou MR vyšetření srdce, které se v posledních deseti letech stalo rutinní metodou. Zároveň je tato metoda stále více prováděna radiologickými asistenty, což vyžaduje detailní znalosti anatomie srdce a technických parametrů MR přístroje. Teoretická část je tedy kromě anatomie srdce a velkých cév věnována základním technickým přístupům k MR vyšetření s ohledem na metodiku používanou při vyšetřování srdce, včetně nejzásadnější techniky pozdního sycení. Součástí praktické části je analýza vývoje počtu MR vyšetření na Klinice zobrazovacích metod v posledních deseti letech a také analýza indikací v konkrétním roce 2016. Byl prokázán výrazně stoupající trend počtu MR vyšetření srdce, kdy nejčastější indikací je akutní myokarditida. Zároveň bylo prokázáno, že ve většině případů byla podána kontrastní látky. Součástí prakticky části je také pět kazuistik s cílem uvést konkrétní přínos MR vyšetření srdce. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with MR examination of the heart, which has become a routine method over the past ten years. At the same time, this method is increasingly being performed by radiological assistants, which requires detailed knowledge of the heart anatomy and technical parameters of the MR device. Thus, in addition to the anatomy of the heart and the large vessels, the theoretical part is devoted to the basic technical approaches to the MR examination, with regard to the methodology used in the cardiac assessment, including the most basic technique of late gadolinium enhancement. Part of the practical part is the analysis of the amount of MR examinations at the Department of Imaging Methods in the last ten years as well as the analysis of indications in the specific year 2016. A markedly increasing trend of MR MR was demonstrated, the most frequent indication being acute myocarditis. At the same time, it has been shown that in most cases contrast agents have been administered. Part of the case is also five case studies in order to show the specific benefits of MR heart examinations. |
