| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou toxoplasmózy. Toxoplasmóza je onemocnění, které je způsobeno prvokem Toxoplasma gondii. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. Na začátku teoretické části jsou popsány obecné informace o toxoplasmóze. Další úsek je věnován historii, etiologii a epidemiologii. Na konci druhé kapitoly je popsána léčba a prevence onemocnění. Konec teoretické části se zabývá laboratorní diagnostikou. Je zde popsán přímý a nepřímý průkaz. Praktická část práce detailně popisuje dvě základní laboratorní metody vyšetření KFR a EIA. Pro tuto část byly použity výsledky vyšetřených pacientů z let 2016 a 2017 ve Fakultní nemocnici Plzeň, oddělení mikrobiologie. Výsledky jsou graficky zobrazeny. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor´s thesis is focused on problematic of the toxoplasmosis. Toxoplasmosis is disease which is caused by protozoan Toxoplasma gondii. This work is devided in two parts - theoretical and practical. In the first section of the theoretical part is described general information about toxoplasmosis. Next section is devoted to history, etiology and epidemiology. At the end of the second chapter are described treatment and prevention of this disease. The end of the theoretical part is focused on laboratory diagnostic. There are described direct and indirect proof. The practical part of this thesis include detailed description of two basic laboratory methods. These methods are KFR and EIA. For this part of thesis were used results of examined patients in 2016 and 2017 in Pilsen University Hospital, department of microbiology. Results are represented by graphs. |
