| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na řízení rizik projektu. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy projektového managementu a managementu rizik. Dále je teoreticky popsáno řízení rizik. V praktické části je stručně popsána společnost eSVe STAV, s. r. o. a konkrétní projekt rekonstrukce výtahů. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat řízení rizik konkrétního projektu společnosti eSVe STAV, s. r. o. V práci jsou popsána identifikovaná rizika, je provedena analýza rizik a je popsáno jejich následné ošetření. Závěrem bakalářské práce jsou návrhy na zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on project risk management. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of project management and risk management. Further, it theoretically describes project risk management. In the practical part is briefly described company eSVe STAV, s. r. o. and specific project reconstruction of elevators. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to describe the risk management of this project. In the bachelor thesis are described identified risks, risk analysis is performed and their subsequent treatment is described. The conclusion of bachelor thesis contains suggestions for improvement. |
