Abstract:	Příspěvek přináší vhled jednak do didaktické interpretace Dykovy novely Krysař, jednak do autentických žákovských (čtenářských) výstupů, které literární postavu krysaře spojují s Adolfem Hitlerem. Právě reflexe daného symbolu a jeho politizujícího výkladu je předmětem této stati.
Abstract in different language:	This contribution provides both a insight into the didactic interpretation of The Ratcatcher, a novel by Viktor Dyk, as well as into the students' (readers') performances that have linked the rat-catcher as a literary character to Adolf Hitler. It is this reflection on the given symbol and its politicized exposition that is the subject of the present essay.
