dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce Mediální komunikace a její příjemci z oblasti gastronomie definuje ve své teoretické části pojmy, které tvoří teoretický základ pro část praktickou. Definuje pojmy jako mediální a masová komunikace, médiologie, modely masové komunikace a představuje jednotlivá média a jejich rozvoj v průběhu let v zahraničí i v České republice. Věnuje pozornost významu, funkcím, vlivu, účinkům a dopadu médií a také definuje pojmy publikum a příjemci z oblasti gastronomie. Mimo jiné přibližuje možné způsoby zkoumání příjemců. Praktická část práce zahrnuje empirický výzkum prováděný na základě dotazníků. Tento výzkum se snaží zjistit a porovnat užití daných médií a především věnování pozornosti tématům z gastronomické oblasti vybranými příjemci. Celý postup je detailně popsán a výsledky jsou doplněny nezbytným komentářem, tabulkami a grafy.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis Medial communication and its recipients from the gastronomic area defines the terms in the theoretical part, which creates a theoretical base for the practical part. It defines terms like medial and mass communication, mediology, models of mass communication and names the particular media and their progress through the years abroad and in the Czech Republic as well. It pays attention to the meaning, functions, influence, effects and impact of the media and defines the terms audience and recipient from the gastronomic area too. Among others it introduces the possible ways of the research of recipients. The practical part of the thesis involves empirical research, which was done through questionnaires. This research attempts to discover and compare the usage of the particular media and mainly the attention given by chosen recipients to the topics from the gastronomic area. The whole procedure is described in detail and the results are completed with the necessary commentary, tables and graphs.en
