Abstract in different language: This article deals with individual product innovations and their influence on production workplace and the technological production process. This work firstly deals with the current scientific knowledge, followed by the research itself, which defines the individuals inputs - product innovations and then the individual links between these innovations and the technological production process and workplace organization. In conclusion, the solution is outlined in the form of a complex model, that clearly determines which types od product innovations influences the technological production process and workplace organization, and in what way.
