| Abstract: | Článek se zabývá významem znaleckého posudku jako důkazu v trestním řízení a příslušnou právní úpravou s akcentem na problematiku znaleckých posudků předkládaných stranami. Dále s v této souvislosti věnuje možností znalce, respektive zástupce znaleckého ústavu nahlížet do spisu za účelem zpracování znaleckého posudku. |
| Abstract in different language: | The article deals with the importance of the expert opinion as evidence in criminal proceedings and with the relevant legislation with emphasis on the issue of expert opinions submitted by the parties. Furthermore, in this context, it devotes the possibility of an expert, or a representative of an expert institute, to inspect the file for the purpose of processing an expert report. |
