| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje dvěma z nejvýznamnějších zákonodárných sbírek, které předcházely Chammu-rabiho zákoníku. Konkrétně se jedná o zákony Lipit-Ištara a zákony z Ešnunny. Hlavní kapitoly se věnují především oboum právním dílům - kdo byl autorem díla, kde byly právní texty sepsány, ale také kým a kde byly objeveny a následně publikovány. V poslední kapitole dochází k vzájemné komparaci obou sbírek na základě vybraných kapitol rodinného práva. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Bachelor thesis deals with the two of the most important collections of law before the formation of The Code of Hammurabi - the Codex of Lipit-Ishtar and the Laws of Eshnunna. Main chapters individually deal with the both legal collections - who were the authors of the works, where the legal texts were written, but also by whom and where they were discovered and subsequently published. In the last chapter there are both legislative collection compared with each other, based on selected chapters of the family law. |
