| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro projekt "Five strings Café". Jedná se o malou, stylovou, ovšem cenově dostupnou kavárnu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny a vysvětleny důležité pojmy, které jsou s touto problematikou spojeny. Tyto poznatky jsou dále aplikovány v praktické části, která obsahuje návrh podnikatelského plánu. V závěru práce je podnikatelský plán zhodnocen. Kritériem pro stanovení, zda by bylo vhodné projekt realizovat, byl hospodářský výsledek po jednom roce podnikání. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the creation of a business plan for the project "Five strings Café". It is a small, stylish, but affordable cafe. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, there are presented and explained the important concepts connected with this issue. These findings are then applied in the practical part, which contains the proposal of the business plan. At the end of the thesis, the business plan is evaluated. The criterion for determining whether a project would be appropriate would be the economic result after one year of business. |
