| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Správná motivace zaměstnanců může firmě významně pomoc se spokojeností zaměstnanců, ale také se ziskem firmy. Základní pojmy spojené s tématem motivace jsou popsány v teoretické části. Dále se bakalářská práce zabývá vybranou společností, jejím motivačním plánem a benefity, které poskytuje svým zaměstnancům. V závěru bakalářské práce je navržené opatření, jak by firma mohla lépe využít své zdroje pro motivaci zaměstnanců. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis is focused on Motivation and satisfaction of employees at the organization. The right motivation can help the company with satisfaction of employees, but even more with profit for the company. Basic concepts associated with the theme of motivation are described in the theoretical part. Furthermore, the Bachelor thesis deals with the selected company, its motivation plan and the benefits that provides to its employees. In the conclusion of the thesis is proposed measure how the company could better use its resources to motivate employees. |
