| Abstract: | Rigorózní práce na téma Ochrana proti nesprávnému postupu zadavatele prostřednictvím Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže je zaměřena na popis a zhodnocení procesu nápravy porušení právních předpisů v oblasti zadávání veřejných zakázek ze strany zadavatele, a to se zaměřením především na řízení o přezkoumání úkonů zadavatele, ve kterém rozhoduje Úřad pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže, a na opravné prostředky proti rozhodnutí tohoto úřadu. To vše též v porovnání s možnostmi této nápravy ve Spolkové republice Německo. |
| Abstract in different language: | This doctoral thesis on the topic of "Protection against incorrect procedure by a contracting authority by means of the Office for the Protection of Competition" focuses on describing and evaluating the process of remedying breach of legal regulations in the field of awarding public contracts by the contracting authority, mainly focusing on proceedings to examine the actions of the contracting authority, which are judged by the Office for the Protection of Competition, and on the remedial measures against decisions issued by this office. The aforementioned is also compared with the options for remediation of such matters in the Federal Republic of Germany. |
