| Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřená na hodnocení efektivity tankové distribuce. Cílem této práce je provést zhodnocení efektivity tankové distribuce před a po zavedení nového způsobu přepravy a navrhnout další změny pro zefektivnění současného stavu. První část je zaměřena na teoretická východiska distribuční logistiky. Ve druhé části je představen podnik Plzeňský Prazdroj, a. s., se kterým bylo spolupracováno. Na základě získaných poznatků v teoretické části je popsán chod společnosti v oblasti distribuční logistiky. Poslední část tvoří samotná analýza efektivity tankové distribuce. Dle rozboru současného stavu tankové distribuce jsou navrhnuty další změny ve způsobu přepravy, které by přispěly ke snížení celkových distribučních nákladů a zvýšení efektivity. Výstup z této bakalářské práce by mohl posloužit jako podklad pro uskutečnění navrhovaných změn ve způsobu přepravy ve společnosti Plzeňský Prazdroj, a. s. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis presents the assessment of tank distribution efficiency. The main objective of the thesis is a comparision of tank distribution effeciency before and after a new distribution process implemetation. Therefore, there are suggestions for higher effeciency of current situation. First part is focused on a theoretical basis of distribution logistics. Second part is an introduction of Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. company, witch was coopereted with. There are described company everyday routines of distribution logistics. The analysis of tank distribution efficiency is made in last part of thesis. Further changes in the way of transport are proposed based on the analysis of the current state of the tank distribution. Suggested changes would help to decrease of total distribution costs and increase the efficiency as well. The output of this bachelor thesis could serve as a basis for the proposed changes to be made in the company of Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. |
