Abstract:	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním dvou metod. A to porovnáním aktivačního testu bazofilů z průtokové cytometrie s novou nezavedenou metodou 2DEP cytometrie. Úkolem práce je zjistit, zda by 2DEP cytometrie v budoucnu mohla být alternativou průtokové cytometrie.
Abstract in different language:	This bachelor thesis is focused on comparison of two methods. This is done by comparing the basophil activation test from flow cytometry with new non-itroduced method of 2DEP cytometry. The task is to determine if 2DEP ccytometry could be an alternative of flow cytometry in the future.
