Abstract: Tato bakalářská práce na téma Význam DSA při strategii léčby ICHDK je rozdělena do části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie cév dolních končetin, ischemická choroba dolních končetin, diagnostika onemocnění, léčba ICHDK, DSA a radiační ochrana. Praktická část bakalářské práce je tvořena částí kvantitativní, která prezentuje statistické informace v podobě grafů a tabulek a dále částí kvantitativní, která prezentuje čtyři kazuistiky.
Abstract in different language: This bachelor thesis elaborates on the topic of The Significance of DSA in the treatment strategy of ischemic disease of lower extremities and it consists of the treoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part is describe the anatomy of the lower limb vessels, ischemic disease of the lower limbs, diagnostics of the disease, treatment ICHDK, DSA and radiation protection. The practical part is further divided into the quantitative part, which presents statistics in form of charts and tables, and qualitative part represented by four case studies.
