| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou komunikace u pacientů v analgosedaci. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. Teoretická část nejdříve charakterizuje možnosti komunikace, jak a mezi kým probíhá, a seznamuje s druhy komunikace. Dále je porovnána komunikace s pacientem při vědomí a s pacientem v bezvědomí. Také je přiblížena komunikace mezi pacientem a jeho rodinnými příslušníky, kterou se následně zabývá hlavně praktická část. Cílem praktické části bylo prostřednictvím výzkumného šetření zmapovat největší obavy rodinných příslušníků při komunikaci s jejich nemocnými. Z metod výzkumného šetření byl využit kvalitativní výzkum a provedeny strukturované rozhovory s cíleně vybranými respondenty, rodinnými příslušníky pacientů v analgosedaci. Z výsledků vyplývá, že největší obavy při komunikaci s hospitalizovaným členem rodiny způsobuje neznalost neverbální komunikace a úzkost z přístrojů, které pacienta obklopují. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the topic communication of patients in analgosedation. It contains theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part begin by describing the possibilities of communication, how and between whom is going. I describe the types of communication. I also compared communication with the patient in consciousness and the unconscious patient. Last I have approached the communication between the patient and his family members, which I deal mainly with in the practical part. The aim of the practical part was, based on the research, to identify the greatest concerns of family members in communicating with their patients,. I chose qualitative research as a research method and I used structured interviews with targeted respondents. I talked with eight family members of patients in analgosedation. The results showed, that the greatest concern is the ignorance of non-verbal communication and the devices surrounding the patient. |
