| dc.description.abstract-translated | This scientific paper deals with the issue of termination of employment with employee representatives, while the legal interpretation describes the substantive and procedural conditions of its termination. The subject ofthe legal interpretation Of the collective Of authors is, in particular, an attempt to correct an incorrect application practice.
