| Abstract: | Evropská unie na sklonku roku 2020 představila pětiletý plán, jehož cílem je zlepšení životních podmínek a zrovnoprávnění v nejširším rozsahu pro LGBTIQ osoby. Většinu oblastí, kde diskriminace přetrvává, představuje svrchovaně vnitřní právní prostředí členských států. Unie proto nabízí několik nástrojů jako pobídku členským státům k naplnění vytyčených pilířů. Na konci pak má stát Unie rovnosti, diverzní moderní společnost. |
| Abstract in different language: | At the end of 2020, the European Union presented a five-year plan aimed at improving living conditions and equal rights for LGBTIQ people. Most of the areas where discrimination persists are in the sovereign internal legal environment of the Member States. The Union therefore offers several instruments as an incentive for Member States to fulfill the pillars set. The effect of this initiative is the Union of Equality, a diverse modern society. |
