| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce Nákup a řízení zásob ve firmě Sokolovská Uhelná, právní nástupce, a. s. se zabývá nákupem a řízení zásob v konkrétním podniku. Cílem je navrhnout možnosti řešení zjištěných nedostatků a problémů. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a funkce. Následuje podrobný náhled do oblasti nákupu a řízení zásob. V praktické části je provedena analýza nákupu a řízení zásob ve firmě Sokolovská Uhelná, právní nástupce, a. s. a konkretizována doporučení, která povedou ke snížení nákladů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor work titled Purchasing and inventory management at company Sokolovská Uhelná, právní nástupce, a. s. is concerned with analysis of purchase and inventory management in the concrete company. The aim is to propose possibilities of identified problems and deficiencies solving. In the theoretical part the basic concepts and functions are determined there followed by a detailed view into purchase and inventory management area. In the practical part there is analysis of purchase and inventory management in the company Sokolovská Uhelná, právní nástupce, a. s. Recommendations, that will lead to cost reduction and that will give support to company in its effort to strengthen market positionare specified there. |
