| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu podnikového prostředí s vlivem na hospodaření podniku a návrh možných řešení. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na působení makrookolí, které zahrnuje geografické, sociální, politické, právní, ekonomické, technologické, etické a kulturně historické okolí a na působení mikrookolí, do kterého patří konkurence, dodavatelé a odběratelé. Dále je charakterizována vybraná společnost. Praktická část navazuje na poznatky z uvedené teoretické části a zahrnuje analýzu vlivu okolí na vybranou společnost a určení silných a slabých stránek společnosti. Závěr bakalářské práce zahrnuje návrh možných řešení, které by byly pro podnik prospěšné. |
| Abstract in different language: | The present bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis the corporate environment with an influence on the performance of a company and suggestions for possible solutions. The theoretical part focuses on the influence of the macro environment which includes the geographic, social, political, legal, economic, technological, ethical, cultural and historical corporate environment and on the influence of the micro environment which includes competition, suppliers and customers. Further, the chosen company is characterized. The practical part refers to the findings given in the theoretical part and includes an analysis of the influence of corporate environment on the chosen company and the identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company. The final part of the bechelor thesis includes the suggestions for possible solutions that would be beneficial for the company. |
