| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku stavebního spoření v České republice. V teoretické části je charakterizováno stavební spoření jako produkt poskytovaný stavebními spořitelnami. Jsou zde shrnuty největší změny týkající se stavebního spoření od roku 1993 a jejich dopady na klienty a matematické vzorce pro případné výpočty budoucí hodnoty, resp. výše naspořené částky klienta. V praktické části je stavební spoření srovnáváno z hlediska postupně vznikajících novel, dále také z hlediska jednotlivých stavebních spořitelen a nakonec s alternativním spořícím účtem. V poslední kapitole jsou srovnávány úvěry ze stavebního spoření s hypotečním úvěrem. |
| Abstract in different language: | Submitted work is specialized in issue of building savings in the Czech Republic. In theoretical part is characterized building savings as product provided by building societies. There are summarized the most significant changes regarding the building savings since 1993 and their impacts on clients. Mathematical formulas for calculations the potential future value, size of the amount which client saved. In practical part is building savings compared from the perspective of gradually emerging changes, also from the perspective of individual building societies, and finally with alternative savings account. In the last chapter are compared loans of building savings with a mortgage loan. |
