| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o procesu orientace jako o personální činnosti, které jsou součástí řízení lidských zdrojů. Cílem této práce je zanalyzovat proces orientace v konkrétním podniku a tento proces zhodnotit. Zároveň navrhnout opatření, která zlepší kompletní proces orientace v dané společnosti. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a na část praktickou. Teoretická část pojednává o procesu orientace obecně. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis kompletního procesu orientace v konkrétní společnosti, zhodnocení tohoto procesu a jsou zde navrhnuta zlepšující opatření. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the orientation process as personal activities that are part of human resource management. The aim of this work is to analyze the process of orientation in a particular company and evaluate this process. At the same time propose measures to improve the orientation process is complete in the company. This work is divided into a theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part discusses the process of orientation in general. The practical part is focused on describing the complete process orientation within the organization, evaluation of this process and are designed to improve the measures. |
