| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis a analýzu nákupu, prodeje, kooperace u konkrétní firmy. Jedná se o akciovou společnost Elroz. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy těchto činností, jsou zde uvedeny různé rozdělení a charakteristiky, které jsou čerpány z odborné literatury. Praktická část navazuje na teoretickou. Obsahuje nejprve základní charakteristiku zvolené společnosti - jedná se o historii, základní informace, aktuality, finanční situaci, popisem a následnou analýzou nákupu, prodeje a kooperace. Na konci práce se nachází návrhy na zlepšení chodu již zmiňovaných činností a závěr celé práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the description and analysis of the purchase, sale and co-operation of the company. It is a joint stock company Elroz. In the theoretical section there are describtions of the basic concepts of these activities, variol divisions and characteristics, that are drawn from the literature. The practical part is connected to the thoeretical. First contains the basic characteristics of the chosem company - it is about the history, background information, news, financial situation, description and subsequent analysis of the purchase, sale and co-operation. At the end of the work is suggestions for improving the operation of the above mentioned activities and the conclusion of the whole work. |
