| Abstract: | Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám interní komunikací. Interní komunikace je významná pro výkon pracovníků, tedy i celé firmy. Interní komunikaci jsem sledovala v odštěpném závodě Porsche Plzeň. Zabývala jsem se jejími způsoby a její využití zaměstnanci. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření jsem vyhodnotila její fungování. Zaměstnanci komunikují a s komunikací jsou spokojeni. Pro zjištěné nedostatky jsem navrhla možná řešení. Dotazníkové šetření zopakuji s odstupem jednoho roku a další s dvouletým odstupem. |
| Abstract in different language: | My bachelor thesis deals with internal communication. Internal communication is important for the performance of employees, including the entire company. I monitored the internal communication in the Porsche Plzeň branch plant. I focussed on ways of communication and its use by employees. Using a questionnaire survey, I assessed its functioning. Employees communicate, and they are satisfied with their communication. I suggested possible solutions to the identified shortcomings. I will repeat the questionnaire survey in one year and another one in two years. |
