| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem Zhodnocení ekonomické situace podniku je zhodnocení ekonomické situace, identifikace problémů a rizik a návrh případných zlepšení. Pro zhodnocení ekonomické situace byl vybrán podnik Starorolský porcelán Moritz Zdekauer a.s. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na 4 hlavních částí. V první části je stručné představení společnosti včetně její historie. Ve druhé části je uvedena analýza vnitřního potenciálu firmy. Do této analýzy je zařazeno produktové vymezení, regionální vymezení, cílová skupina odběratelů, vyjednávací síla dodavatelů, hrozba substitutů a vývoj zaměstnanosti. Třetí část tvoří SWOT analýza a její zhodnocení. V poslední části je provedena finanční analýza pomocí poměrových ukazatelů a zhodnocení ekonomické situace podniku. Po zhodnocení ekonomické situace student navrhuje případné další kroky ke zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the bachelor thesis called the Economic outlook of private company and it valuation is the valuations of economic situation, the identification of problems and risks and suggestion on possible improvement. To assess the economic situation the company called Starorolský porcelán Moritz Zdekauer a.s. was selected. The work is divided into four parts. In the first part the company including its history is introduced. In the second part an analysis of the internal potential of the company is presented. In this analysis product definition, regional definition, the target group of customers, bargaining power of suppliers, threat of substitutes and employment trends are included. The third part consists of a SWOT analysis and its evaluation. The last part of the financial analysis deals with carrying out financial analysis using financial ratios and the company´s evaluation of its economic situation. After the evaluation of the economic situation student suggests steps to its improvement. |
