| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice malých a středních podniků. Cílem je vytvoření konkrétního podnikatelského záměru. V první části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, dále z jakých zdrojů je možné čerpat finanční podporu, možné formy podnikání. Objasňuje franchising, což je moderní forma podnikání malých a středních podniků. V druhé části je zpracován podnikatelský záměr. Jeho součástí je marketing, personální zabezpečení a financování podniku. Práce je tvořena na základě odborné literatury a konzultací s podnikatelem v daném oboru s dlouholetou praxí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is targeted at small and middle-size enterprises. The aim is to create particular business plan. First part explains basic expressions, introduces the resources of financial support and types of enterprises. The second part brings business plan. It contains marketing, staffing and financing the enterprise. This thesis is created with the help of scientific literature and consultations with businessmen that are well experienced in this field. |
