| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je "Úkoly vedoucího zdravotnické složky při hromadném postižením osob." V teoretické části se zabýváme integrovaným záchranným systémem, definujeme základní pojmy, věnujeme se základním a ostatním složkám IZS. Ve druhé kapitole popisujeme zdravotnickou záchrannou službu, její činnost, zdravotnické operační středisko a také výjezdové skupiny a činnosti ZZS v místě MU s HPO. V praktické části zjišťujeme na základě rozhovorů jaké jsou úkoly vedoucího zdravotnické složky při MU s HPO. Zkoumáme jakým způsobem jsou zaměstnanci ZZS připravování na MU s HPO, zda probíhá mezistátní spolupráce a zodpovídáme na výzkumné otázky. Výsledky rozhovorů jsou popsané a následně vyhodnocené v tabulkách. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this bachelor work is Tasks of the head of the health care unit in the event of mass injuries. The teoretical part is about integrated rescue system, we define basic concepts, describes basic and other components of integrated rescue system. Second capture describes ambulance, its activity, medical operating center, vehicles of ambulance and emergency medical service activities in the event of mass injuries. In the practical part we find out on the basis of interviews what are the tasks of the head of the health care unit in the event of mass injuries. We examine how emergency medical service employees are prepared for mass injuries, if works interstate cooperation and answer research questions. The results of the interview are described and evaluated in tables. |
