| Abstract: | Magnetická rezonance je moderní zobrazovací metoda s vysokou tkáňovou rozlišovací schopností, a proto je vhodná pro zobrazení měkkých tkání. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zobrazením prostaty pomocí magnetické rezonance. V teoretické části popisuji anatomii prostaty, onemocnění prostaty se zaměřením na karcinom prostaty, možnosti vyšetření prostaty a teorii magnetické rezonance. Praktická část obsahuje kvantitativní metodu v podobě zpracovaných statistických dat a kvalitativní metodu, kterou tvoří kazuistiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | Magnetic resonance imaging is a modern imaging method with high tissue resolution and is therefore suitable for soft tissue imaging. This bachelor thesis deals with magnetic resonance imaging of the prostate. In the theoretical part I describe the anatomy of the prostate, prostate disease with a focus on prostate cancer, the possibility of prostate examination and the theory of magnetic resonance imaging. The practical part contains a quantitative method in the form of processed statistical data and a qualitative method, which consists of case studies. |
