| Abstract: | Tato práce zkoumá vliv houby Pythium oligandrum na patogenní rychle rostoucí plísně a kvasinky, konkrétněji Candida albicans, Candida glabrata, Aspergillus fumigatus a Mucor species. Mezi cíle této práce patří vykultivovat Pythium oligandrum z volně prodejných přípravků, zjistit, při jaké teplotě roste Pythium oligandrum nejlépe a jaký komerčně dostupný přípravek má vyšší účinnost na patogenní plísně a kvasinky. Cíle práce se nezdařily kvůli absenci spor Pythium oligandrum ve volně prodejných přípravcích. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis examines effect of the fungus Pythium oligandrum on pathogenic fast-growing fungi and yeast, more specifically Candida albicans, Candida glabrata, Aspergillus fumigatus and Mucor species. One of the aims of this thesis is to cultivate Pythium oligandrum from over-the-counter preparations, than to find out at which temperature Pythium oligan-drum grows best and which commercially available preparation has a higher efficiency against pathogenic fungi and yeasts. The aims of the thesis failed, due to the absence of Pythium oligandrum spores in over-the-counter products. |
