| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vzniku podnikatelského subjektu a jeho realizaci na základě konkrétního podnikatelského záměru. Cílem této práce bylo zpracovat konkrétní podnikatelský plán, na jehož základě by mohla být založena nová firma. V teoretické části jsou stručně popsány důvody vedoucí k rozhodnutí stát se podnikatelem a základní pojmy, které s tímto tématem souvisí. Dále jsou zde nastíněny jednotlivé možnosti podnikání v České republice a kritéria ovlivňující volbu konkrétní právní formy podnikání. V praktické části je uveden stručný popis činností nutných k založení a následnému vzniku společnosti s ručením omezeným. Velmi podrobně je zde také zpracován podnikatelský plán pro založení agentury Evento, s. r. o. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on issues connected with the establishment of business entity and its implementation based on specific business intent. The main aim of this thesis is to elaborate concrete business plan, which would enable the creation of new company. The theoretical part of present thesis briefly describes basic terms related to this subject and the main reasons leading to a decision of becoming an entrepreneur. Particular business options in Czech Republic and criteria exerting influence over the choice of concrete business entity are outlined in this part as well. The practical part is composed of a brief description of necessary steps while establishing and running the limited company. Likewise, the business plan of Evento agency, ltd. is processed. |
