However, it is also necessary to focus on the implementation of the product within the supplier-customer relationship, as the customer’s impact on the final product is significant. The article deals with the transformation of the Supply Chain using the DDMRP methodology, which aims to maintain best practices, address their shortcomings, and integrate pull-based replenishment tactics.
