| Abstract: | Díla klasické literatury často přitahují pozornost adaptátorů, zejména v oblasti kultury pro děti a mládež. Shakespearovy hry a sonety nejsou výjimkou. Vzniklo jak mnoho shakespearovských adaptací určených pro mládež, tak studií o těchto adaptacích. Českým shakespearovským adaptacím pro děti a mládež však dosud nebyla věnována příliš velká pozornost. Tento článek se zabývá různými způsoby, jak se mohou mladí čeští recipienti setkat se Shakespearovými hrami. Zaměřuje se především na české shakespearovské adaptace určené dětem a mládeži. Zkoumá řadu přepracování, jako jsou zkrácené české verze, scénické inscenace pro mládež a loutková představení, která jsou (v některých případech) diskutována v kontextu britského Shakespeara určeného mladistvému publiku. |
| Abstract in different language: | Works of classic literature have often attracted the attention of adaptors, particularly in the field of children and youth culture. Shakespeare’s plays and sonnets are no exception. There have been both many Shakespeare adaptations intended for young people and studies on these adaptations. However, not much attention has been paid to Czech Shakespeare adaptations for children and young adults. This article explores the various ways young Czech adults can encounter Shakespeare’s plays. It focuses primarily on Czech Shakespeare adaptations intended for children and young adults. It examines a range of reworkings such as abridged Czech versions, stage productions for teenagers and puppet performances which are (in some cases) discussed in the context of the British Shakespeare aimed at a juvenile audience. |
