| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je nalézt možná řešení pro eliminaci stresových situací manažerů společnosti SportsDirect, s. r. o. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy jako zátěž, stres, plánování, delegování, či prokrastinace. Praktická část analyzuje pomocí Maisterova dotazníku psychickou zátěž manažerů. Analýza se zabývá i možným rozdílem psychické zátěže mezi pohlavím. Práce dále zkoumá SWOT analýzu a její výsledky uplatněné v rámci společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find possible solutions to eliminate stressful situations of managers of the company SportsDirect.com, s. r. o. The theoretical part explains concepts such as burden, stress, planning, delegation, or procrastination. The practical part uses Maister's questionnaire to analysis the psychological burden of managers of company. The analysis also deals with the possible difference in mental stress between the sexes. The work further examines the SWOT analysis and its results applied within the company. |
