| Abstract: | V posledních letech dochází k nárůstu výskytu C. difficile. Infekce vyvolané tímto klostridiem jsou vnímané jako nozokomiální infekce, souvisí totiž s antibiotickou léčbou. Tato bakalářská práce se nezabývá pouze C. difficile ale i ostatními zástupci rodu Clostridium. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnovaná jednotlivým zástupcům tohoto bakteriálního rodu, kde obecně popisujeme jejich morfologii, výskyt, patogenitu, onemocnění, diagnostiku a léčbu jimi vyvolaných onemocnění. Praktická část je zaměřena pouze na zástupce C. difficile. Týká se laboratorní diagnostiky C. difficile na ÚM FN Plzeň, zvýšení výskytu toxigenních kmenů, výskytu CLDI onemocnění v různých věkových kategoriích a ovlivněním pandemie COVID-19 na počtu vyšetření. |
| Abstract in different language: | In recent years, the occurrence of C. difficile has increased. Infections caused by this clostridium are perceived as nosocomial infections, because they are related to anti-biotic treatment. This bachelor thesis does not deal only with C. difficile but also with other members of the genus Clostridium. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to individual representatives of this bacterial genus, where are generally describe their morphology, occurrence, pathogenicity, disease, diagnosis and treatment of diseases caused by them. The practical part is focused only on C. difficile. It concerns the laboratory diagnosis of C. difficile at the University Hospital Pilsen, an increase in the incidence of toxigenic strains, the incidence of CLDI disease in various age categories and the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on the number of examinations. |
